E3 Compliance was founded in 2016 by two founders who met at a games conference in Cologne. What started as a conversation on the power of games outside the realm of casual mobile games led to the launch of E3. The conversation came round to how games could improve things at work that no one ever actually wants to do, namely mandatory compliance training.The idea was simply “there has to be a better way to do this stuff!“
